Auction Terms & Conditions All lots are sold "as is" with no guarantee expressed or implied. On all listings we are going by what we were told by the estate/vendor or through our best knowledge. We try our best to get accurate information and good photos but please check everything. Yes, We want you to come down and look at the items. Usually open weekdays 10-4 but call to make sure I'm there (503-756-5637). Lots close at 15 second intervals beginning at 6:30PM, the night of the auction. We use a "soft close" auction. That means if you are bidding on an item and someone makes a last minute bid, that item will be extended for 2 additional minutes, allowing you to make a counter bid. (Doesn't affect other lots) Payment: You will receive an invoice at the end of the auction. Payment MUST be paid within 48 hours after the auction. If you are paying other than on-line, please contact us prior. We take credit cards and cash at pickup and cards over the phone. SPECIAL SHIPPING NOTE FOR THIS AUCTION: There are lots of larger glass, porcelain, china type items in this auction.
